Our Proven ProcessWe believe our experience as former members

of search committees and consultants to them

further differentiates us, and gives us the insight

to effectively provide guidance on selecting and

appointing functions within the committee while

offering strategic counsel to the committee chair.

And we appreciate that involvement on a search

committee is largely voluntary, in addition to each

members’ current position, and that the time

commitment of each member necessary to bring

To reduce the burden of the search committee and

its chair, we invest a great deal effort to develop

a comprehensive search process that addresses

After interviewing multiple constituents and gaining

a thorough understanding if the mission of the

candidates, particularly those who might otherwise

We interview, assess, provide reporting and conduct

reference checks on all finalist candidates and

assist in the successful negotiation of offers to

Upon successful completion of the search, we assist

in transition and close the assignment by contacting

candidates and referral sources to thank them for
