Service delivery managementOnce enrolled, consumers can work with assigned care managers to collaborate on the care they receive. Ser-vice plans are created and, upon review and confirmation, converted into service orders, sending providers an automatic acknowledgment of scheduled service deliveries. All service orders are immediately available to pro-

viders for retrieval. Bulk data entry allows you to rapidly capture, record and submit service deliveries in batches with minimal keystrokes.

SAMS is a flexible case management system created specifically for agencies to optimize the management of Older Americans Act–funded programs, available funds and grants.
