Nuclear Biological Chemical Warfare NCO 1999- 2003 While both in garrison and in a combat situation I was in charge maintaining approximately 150 masks and over 20 pieces of detection equipment. Conducted and tracked all training that was done to ensure all soldiers both knew how to use the equipment and were confident that their protective masks would work in case of said attacks. I was able to fix about 500 masks from outside of my company with the parts that I had on hand to ensure that all soldiers even outside of my command would be safe. Received accommodations from Brigade Command Sargent Major for conducting a decontamination site during a training mission as an E2. Received Army Achievement Medal for deployment preparation of the entire company for Iraqi Freedom. Ensured all equipment was setup to detect any threat of attack. Taking appropriate measures and actions to resolve any noncompliance or EO violation that the brigade encountered. Responsible for making sure that each company inside the brigade was up to date on all training. Resolving any issues that fell under the EO duties and recommended the plan of action to the chain of command. Ensured that the brigade was within full compliance of all Army EO policies. Convoy Commander, Team Leader, Unit Prevention Leader 2003-2006 At all times I was in charge of 11 soldiers as well as all vehicles in our convoy, making sure that my soldiers’ daily lives and needs were met. Was in charge of 2 vehicles and over 15 weapons maintenance and accountability. All convoys successfully made it to their destinations regardless of combat situations. Received a drivers badge for excellence in vehicle maintenance and accident avoidance. Received an Army Achievement Medal for conducting pristine convoys and patrol. In garrison as Team Leader I was responsible of making sure that 5 soldiers were promoted educated and trained in all facets of military training. Ensured all soldiers met the Army’s fitness standards. Trained and mentored soldiers to their next ranks. Received multiple awards for NBC training and record keeping. Received Drivers Badge while in Iraq for no accidents or vehicle breakdowns while supervising over 100 successful convoys. As the Unit Prevention Leader I was in charge of collected all samples when the company either had a random 10 percent UA or had a full company UA that was called in during a weekend. Was responsible for tracking all soldiers and making sure that we were 100 percent accounted for of over 125 soldiers.

Training of all observers. Collected all samples and turned them into the appropriate facility. Conducted training to all soldiers’ of the cause and effect of what drugs and

alcohol does to the body and the punishments that were associated with each.
