Passive building comprises a set of design principles used to attain a quantifiable and rigorous level of energy efficiency within a specific quantifiable comfort level. “Maximize your gains, minimize your losses” summarizes the approach. To that end, a passive building is designed and built in accordance with these five building-science principles: • Employs continuous insulation throughout its entire

envelope without any thermal bridging.• The building envelope is extremely airtight, preventing

The variant Sky-Plus is characterized by maximum glass surfaces and absolutely narrow wing views out. Here, the glass pane is down into the threshold as well as at the top and side in the frame.The thickness of the discs up to 52 mm is possible.

System Gutmann Lara GF is a facade system for large-area glazing in mullion-transom construction.

The design width (standard variant) is fixed to 50 mm and can be screwed onto any wooden constructions. Should wider views be required,

60 and 80 mm profiles are available.

Consists of a 11/4” muntin (material based on window system) which

divides the sash into multiple lites. Each lite gets its own insulated glass

unit. Custom width and profiles available upon request.

system) of the insulated glass unit with glazing tape. An internal spacer

bar aligned with the muntins give the appearance of the TDL. Custom width and profiles are available upon request.

The roller blind is integrated into the roller shutter casing and only makes

its appearance if you want it to. It simply disappears in the roller shutter

casing and in this way is protected from an inadvertent mechanical

variation options. It can be hooked in and unhinged effortlessly from the

interior.

The rotating frame is mounted on the outside of the window frame and can be deployed flexibly, however it

is most suitable for balcony and patio doors.
