We here at Roopville Road are most honored by your presence today
simply because you could have chosen any church to attend this Lord’s
Day and you chose us! It is our prayer that your worship experience will
greatly minister to your deepest needs. Please know that we are here to
minister to you in any way and pray that you will be blessed as we
worship the Lord in one accord. Roopville Road is “A Place for YOU to
Call Home” & we desire for you to feel at home as we exalt the name of
Jesus Christ.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your prayers, cards and
words of encouragement. They always come at the right time. The staff
and I, as well as our deacon leadership, certainly covet your continued
prayers as we seek the leadership of our Lord.
This morning we continue to walk through Hebrews “Hall of Faith” in
the series “By Faith.” The message “A Journey of Not Knowing” reveals
to us that often times we are asked of the Lord to follow Him sight
unseen. We will see this in the life of Abraham.
Tonight Bro. Andrew will bring a message entitled “Christ-Centered
Discipleship” as we further our study into Acts 9.
May we stay fixed and focused on the Lord God who is the Author and
Finisher of our Faith. Continue to be on mission as we seek to use these
God-given days to not only glorify Him but to expose Him to this very
lost and needy world.
Know that I am honored to be your pastor/shepherd and that you are
loved. Please pray for me and my family and remember to be SALT & LIGHT!
