• Established in 2002
• A UK sales and distribution arm to a collection of worldwide confectionery manufacturers – NOT an agency
• We provide a consistent selection of innovative, branded own label products
• We manage long term relationships with customers which include Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Bobby’s, Merlin Group, Poundland, 99p Stores and TM retail.
• We also have many longstanding agreements to represent brands and factories in the UK, some of these exclusively. These include Zed Candy, Astra Sweets, Vidal, Lonka, Plasticsam and The Candy & Toy Factory.

• Primarily focused on confectionery

• Regularly searching for new products across Europe and further afield
• Technical strength and high standards of quality control
Technical and NPD
• Technical team is comprised of an experienced and knowledgeable Technical Manager and two Technical Co-ordinators
• In house technical team dedicated to supporting and maintaining factory standards and legal compliance
• A customer focused NPD team are dedicated to creating a more customer satisfactory experience through the development of innovative products
• In house design studio create custom designs for private label, licensed products and tertiary brands.
Marketing
• A clear set of objectives to drive the business forward
• An ongoing program of trade press activity to maximise exposure
• A strong programme of direct marketing to existing and prospective customers
• In depot activities and point of sale
Distribution
• Set up to effectively manage the growing number of deliveries from overseas
• A 55,000 square foot centre built in 2001
• Can hold 6,000 pallets (potential to expand to 10,000) and receives no less than 50 deliveries a week
• Every year no less than 1,000 full loads are delivered to Hancocks depots from this distribution centre
