• Everyone, regardless of gender, get the same screening
• Patients are very pleased with the meeting and / or to be analysed by the team
• Good basis for estimation of sick listed, for the doctor as well as for the Social Insurance agency
• Shorter administrative time before decisions are made with regard to sick listed
