RAND Luxury & its media and automotive sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products or displays during the event, set up or break down. All partic-ipants are required to carry their own event insurance. All sponsorship sales are final. Payment is due prior to event date. Any past due invoices are subject to a monthly fee of 2.5%. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days prior to event. Cancellations made within 30 days will result in a credit for a future luxury event.
