Super Season Guaranteed2015 TasterHamilton Park Chief Executive Vivien Kyles previews 2015 The SuperSeal Season 2015 set to be best yet!

Hamilton Park and SuperSeal home improvement and energy specialists have teamed up ahead of what looks set to be a super 2015 season at the Lanarkshire venue.

This comes following another award winning year that saw the racecourse win a host of accolades and awards alongside its catering partner Prestige Venues & Events, including the Groundstaff Award for the Best Flat Course in the UK at the glittering RCA Showcase Awards in November.

The partnership with SuperSeal as the overall sponsor for the racing season is a direct result of their successful sponsorship of the 2014 season’s Super Six, which showcased their brand at the racecourse’s premier fixtures.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to announce this fantastic partnership,” said Vivien Kyles, Chief Executive at Hamilton Park. “The sponsorship of last season’s Super Six gave SuperSeal a real taste of the benefits of working with us and is testament to how that delivered results for their business.

“We’re consistently looking at new ways of showcasing our partners whilst still maintaining brand awareness, sponsorship and advertising opportunities such as race sponsorships and trackside advertising, but this really is something new for the racecourse.

Super Season Ahead

“We’ve got a jam packed programme in place for the season ahead,” states Vivien. “We’re aiming to make 2015 our best yet not only for our partners, whether in hospitality or through sponsorship, but also in terms of the action on and off the track with an enhanced racing programme, increased prize money and continued variety to our entertainment.”

With the new season under way in May, the action is never far away with a range of afternoons, evenings and weekend fixtures providing something for everyone, whether you are looking to impress clients in one of our fantastic private boxes or celebrate that special occasion with family and friends.

“There’s already been huge interest in our hospitality for the new season – so I’d urge anyone looking to book up to get in touch as soon as possible, especially for the Super Six, which are proving incredibly popular,” says Kirsty Reynolds, Hospitality Sales Manager at Hamilton Park.

“Last year was fantastic for us with customer satisfaction at an all-time high reflecting the quality and value we are consistently providing for our guests,” adds Kirsty. “There really is no better way of enjoying a day or night at the races,

for business or pleasure, than from one of our hospitality packages.”

Tasty Treats

As ever, the season is peppered with highlights, with the Super Six sure to take centre stage with favourites such as Braveheart Night and John Smith’s Fair Friday not to mention Alea Casino Ladies’ Night with special guest Mark Wright. However, it’s the opening day that sees the return of celebrity chef James Martin, who not only wowed the crowds with his fantastic demonstrations but also took time to visit hospitality guests during the afternoon.

“James visiting our restaurants and private boxes really added something extra special to the day and gave many of our guests the chance to personally meet the man himself,” said Vivien. “He’s such a popular figure and was so well received that we had no hesitation in welcoming him back again to be the starter to our 2015 season.”

The Hamilton Park SuperSeal Season 2015 certainly looks set to be the venue’s best yet.

DeliciousDelicaciesFood plays such an important role in our everyday lives and with so many cookery shows and celebrity chefs in the mainstream media, the expectations of our customers are consistently increasing.

Alongside our catering partner Prestige Venues & Events, we are committed to providing the very best food and service possible to ensure your expectations are met.

“We’ve been working with the team at Hamilton for a number of years and have a clear understanding of the level of delivery required to continually improve our offering,” says Executive Head Chef for Scotland Stephen Frost.

Stephen continues: “We source produce from some of the finest suppliers across Scotland and we believe that translates directly to what arrives to the table. We know exactly where everything has come from which puts a real onus on us to treat the products with respect and in some ways allow them to speak for themselves, however the challenge is always for us to create something memorable so our customers walk away wowed.”

Prestige Venues & Events partner with Hamilton Park across the year and in addition to providing the raceday service, they also manage the conference, weddings and Christmas operation at the racecourse. “Hamilton Park truly has diversified to become more than just a racecourse,” adds Stephen. “We are now firmly established as a year round multipurpose venue covering everything from weddings to Christmas parties, but no matter what event, the quality of the food is at the heart of everything we do.”

Racecourse reveals that TV celebrity Mark Wright is set to entertain the crowd for the Premier Lanarkshire track’s annual showpiece.

Alea Casino Ladies’ Night will take place on Saturday 1st August 2015, and heartthrob Mark is sure to set pulses racing with a fantastic DJ set after the last race on the biggest night of the year.

Hamilton Park Racecourse Chief Executive Vivien Kyles said: “We’re thrilled to have been able to secure Mark’s services for what has become our most glamorous event of the year. He’s undoubtedly one of the most recognisable faces on TV having starred in some of the most successful reality shows currently on our screens, not to mention his growing reputation as a celebrity DJ – I’m sure his set will really have the crowd on their feet!”

The announcement comes following the news that Alea Casino have renewed their sponsorship of the event which will see more than 8,000 glamorous racegoers head to the course for an evening of exciting racing, fashion and fun, including the ever popular Best Dressed Lady competition.

“Ladies’ Night is always one of the best nights of the season and we believe that the addition of Mark makes this a must for everyone’s diary – his popularity is at an all-time high and we’re sure it will add to what is already a fantastic occasion. What’s more, to celebrate his signing, we’re going to be giving people the chance to meet Mark on the night – anyone purchasing tickets, including those in hospitality, before the end of June, will be put into a prize draw to win a meet and greet with the man himself.”

Tickets for the Alea Casino Ladies’ Night 2015 featuring Mark Wright are on sale now starting from only £17 when booked online in advance. Tickets are available to buy online at www.hamilton-park.co.uk or via telephone on 01698 283806. Hospitality is also available by contacting Kirsty Reynolds.

A hint of gold will be added to the traditional red and white of Saints & Sinners this year as the glamorous racenight celebrates its 50th Anniversary.

Having been firmly established as one of the highlights of the British racing calendar since 1965, organisers are looking to ensure everyone’s in the party mood with great racing and entertainment throughout the evening.

“It really is a fantastic occasion,” explains Ashley Moon, Head of Marketing & Operations at the racecourse. “Everyone gets into the spirit of the evening and the champagne certainly flows! It’s always good to see so many wearing red or white although I’m sure we’ll see plenty of gold in 2015.

“We are planning to make this year a real celebration of everything the charity stands for with some great entertainment to complement the action on track. We hope to welcome an even bigger crowd to this glitzy evening which really does have a special feel to

it. I would encourage everyone to come along this season and help us celebrate this milestone – it has to be one of the longest standing racedays anywhere in the UK.”

Make sure you don’t miss out on being part of history at Saints & Sinners Racenight on Thursday 25th June.
