For intrahospital transportThe high-performance turbine enables the HAMILTON-C3 mechanical ventilator to be completelyindependent from compressed air, and its integrated high-capacity battery allows you to ventilate yourpatients during intrahospital transport without the need for an external power source. The compactdesign of the HAMILTON-C3 mechanical ventilator makes handling much easier. The HAMILTON-C3 canbe attached to a trolley with ease.

In close cooperation with users and ventilationexperts, our engineers have designed a userinterface that is particularly intuitive. Switchingbetween the HAMILTON-C3 and all other HamiltonMedical ventilators is easy, because they are alloperated according to the same principles.

The Ventilation Cockpit on the HAMILTON-C3consolidates the monitoring data and displays it asintuitive graphics. They give a quick overview ofthe patient’s current ventilation status and providea reliable basis for therapy decisions.

To a colleague I would recommend theHAMILTON-C3. It’s an all-in-one vent. It has greattransport capabilities with the battery life and theturbine, and your patients, for the most part, neverhave to change to another ventilator.

2 Dynamic Lung One quick look shows you tidal volume, lungcompliance, patient triggering, and resistance inreal-time. The lungs expand and contract insynchrony with the actual breaths.

3 Vent StatusThe Vent Status panel displays six parametersrelated to the patient’s ventilator dependence.When all values are in the weaning zone, thepanel is framed in green, indicating thatspontaneous breathing trials or extubation can beconsidered.

Adaptive Support Ventilation (ASV)adjusts respiratory rate, tidal volume, and inspiratory time continuously,depending on the patient’s lung mechanics and effort. ASV adapts ventilationbreath-by-breath, 24 hours a day, and from intubation to extubation.

P/V Tool Pro for lung assessment and recruitmentcan be used to assess lung recruitability and determine the recruitmentstrategy to apply. The P/V Tool Pro can also be used to perform a sustainedinflation recruitment maneuver and measure the increase in lung volume.
