Umrah Booking Services (B2C) Allows EAs/UOs/Mutamers to book packages as well as individual
hotels, ground services and transportation via an authorized OTA
UO/EAs can make bookings without having any sort of contract with an OTA and all monies are
paid up-front
Once EA/UO have the BRN from the GDS, they can use the same to build the packages in the
UASP to sell
Mutamers can select their preferred hotels and provide the same to the Agents or EAs. It gives Mutamers the freedom to select what to book
through which OTA

Umrah Booking Services (B2B) Separate portal allowing only registered agents and EA/UO to book
OTAs can create agent wallets and define agent credit limits against the wallet
OTAs can also define pricing for different agents for revenue management
They can use OTA balance and pay the OTA on a credit basis

Custom Umrah Package Booking (B2C/B2B) Fully customizable packages for Mutamers/UOs/EAs with Umrah E-visa facility
Customers can build a package with all services of their choice & check for visa eligibility
Once booked and paid for in the solution, the system will then apply for online visa
This would allow any Mutamer or Agent in any part of the world book their Umrah directly with
the OTA

Fixed Umrah Package Booking (B2C/B2B) Fixed Umrah packages with predefined itineraries and services can also be booked
BRNs for the different services would be in-built or generated real-time using the GDS

Booking Individual Products
The system also provides Mutamers the flexibility to book individual flights, hotels and ground services
They can search with their preferred criteria and choose the option they like
They can book a single product, or add multiple products to a shopping cart and book them
together depending on the availability
Once the Mutamer fills his/her personal details, the system will check the applicable visa fee based on which the customer can make the payment and
apply for the visa

Unique feature allowing customers to book multiple items in a single transaction to save time
Mutamers can select different services at different destinations, eg. one hotel in Makkah and one
hotel in Madinah, transportation in Makkah and transportation in Madinah
B2B agents can use this to book multiple services together to process their reservations faster
It will also help the EAs/UOs provide their customers multiple options to choose from

Umrah Channel Manager for Distribution Allows distribution of contracted inventory to agents at different prices via API
OTAs can load their contracted inventory & allocations, connect to the GDS as a supplier and
use the same in Umrah bookings
Configure mark-ups and commissions by various criteria such as customer class, sales channel class,
product, region, supplier etc.
Manage different rates for each channel of distribution for enhanced revenue management
and get detailed reports to facilitate reconciliation & track bookings, commissions, cancellations
