Answer :Allah had ordered ibrahim (pbuh) to allow people to do the rituals of hajj after having finished from building the house so almighty Allah had said : {And authorized people in the pilgrimage} , Ibn kather said in explaining it : to call people inviting them to do the rituals of hajj in the house which he had ordered him to build, and mentioned that he said " Allah how could i attain them while my voice isn't heard ? and was said : call them and we attain, then he stands on his situation , and it was told on the rock and on the safa And it was said on Abi Kabis , then he said people there is a house for Allah and you have to pilgrimage in it as it was said that the mountains became very modest (humble) until their sound spread all over the earth as it was also listened by whom are in the wombs or even bodies , and everything had answered that sound such as rocks ,MDR ,and trees , and it was said that Hajj is until the crack of doom (doomsday) , Labayk Allahuma Labbayk and that was the purport of what was said by Ibn Abbas , Mogahed , Akrama , Saeed ibn Gabeer and only Allah knows and then the words of Ibn El Katheer had been finished because of his death God bless him , and only Allah knows the reality .. but there is no doubt in the Azan because it was stipulated in the holly Quran..

The merit of Hajj .The permanent committee for scientific research and fatwaQuestion : could the good accepted Hajj forgive major sins ? and when could the trade be useful in the Hajj ?The answer : First : it was proved in the sahih of Aby Hurrairra May Allah be pleased with him he said : I had heard The messenger of Allah peace be upon him saying : The person who do the Hajj without committing any obscenity or depravity will be considered as if he is a new born agreed on , and he also said peace be upon him ( From Umra to Umra there is an expiation for what between them and the acceptable Hajj has no retribution but Heaven agreed on , Hajj and any other good works are from the reasons of expiation of sins just if the person do it in a legitimate way, according to the sins there is no way but the repentance ( Tawba ) , and for what in the ( Sahih Muslim) about Aby Hurrairra May Allah be pleased with him about the messenger peace be upon him , said : ( The five prayers, From Friday to Friday,From Ramadan to Ramadan , those are expiatory for days between them if you avoid sins ) .Imam Ibn El- Monzer the grace of Allah and a group of scholars got that the acceptable Hajj is an atonement for all sins as the mentioned Hadith said. Second : Trading in the Hajj seasons is allowed, El Tabry explained this point about Ibn Abbas the grace of Allah saying : ( There will not be any blame on you if you seek merit from Your ALLAH ) which means : There is no blame on you in selling or buying before and after the Ihram.

Performing Pilgrimage voluntarily is not confined to a specific number of times as it mainly depends on his financial and healthy status and the status of his relatives and the poor people around him as it also depends on the public interests of the nation and how he's supposed to support it both by physically and financially, and is also dependant on his place and status in the nation and how useful he could be to it either by staying or traveling to Hajj or whatsoever. So, everyone should consider his circumstances and determine what is the most useful thing to do both for him and for the whole nation and give it the highest priority.

Answer :If the alderman of the distinctive boy who hasn't become a pubescent (adult ) wants to take the kid with him to pilgrimage so he orders him to wear the clothes of ihram , and do by himself all the rituals of hajj starting from Ihram from miqat to the to the latest works of hajj and he throw (the stones) instead of him (on his behalf ) if he cannot throw them himself , and orders him to avoid prohibitions in ihram If the kid is not distinctive he intends to him the Ihram umrah or hajj, walk him through , bring him along with him while performing the rest of the rituals and throw ( the stones ) instead of him.

Hajj of kafirThe permanent committee for scientific research and fatwa Does the one who performed the obligatory pilgrimage and then he committed the sin of adultery, started neglecting the prayers, sometimes he prays and sometimes he misses, then after that he repented, so, is his first hajj enough or he should repeat the hajj ?Answer : It was confirmed that the messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said : "Islam has been built upon five (pillars): testifying that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, performing the prayer, paying of Zakah , fasting during Ramadan and performing pilgrimage to the sacred house of Allah ". Prayers have a great importance that Allah had mentioned it the first thing right after the testimonial (Al-shahada), and for that, the prophet pbuh said : "The Covenant separating us (muslims) from them (non-muslims) is prayer, therefore, who lefts it becomes a blasphemer/pagan (Kafir)". So, this person who prays sometimes and misses sometimes is a manipulator twisting the religion of Almighty Allah. The Muslim who left a single pray should be asked thrice to repent, and if he didn't respond, then, he must be killed (and you already mentioned that he repented). Who repents Allah forgives and accept him. On this basis, he should reperform hajj as a precaution and to be in the safe side regarding the dispute scholars had had about this issue as the prophet pbuh said "Leave that which makes you doubt if you're right for that which doesn't makes you suspicious". As for what you mentioned that he committed adultery after finishing hajj, this is blasphemy (Kofr) that undoes all his previous deeds if he committed it believing it's permissible, and consequently he must repeat hajj, However, if he did it while still believing that it is prohibited, then, He'd committed one of the major sins, and he has to repent, but his hajj is still intact while the sin of adultery remains with him until he repents.

fatwa of hajj 12 The prayer of consultation "Istkhara Prayer" for who wants to perform pilgrimage The permanent committee for Islamic research and fatwa Question:Is it permissible to pray the prayer of consultation for who wants to perform pilgrimage ?Answer :In case the pilgrimage is obligatory (i.e. hasn't been performed yet, not even once), then there shall be no praying, because he/she is obligated to perform pilgrimage immediately (as long as he/she is capable of) . however, If the pilgrimage is optional (i.e. it has already been performed before), then it's possible to pray the prayer of consultation as whether to do it this year or the next one for instance, but as for the obligated one there's no consulting as Allah has already decreed that it must be performed (once its conditions are all fulfilled and met).

fatwa of hajj 13 Al-hajj on Friday The permanent committee for Islamic research and fatwa Question :Is anything had been mentioned about the prophet pbuh in performing pilgrimage on Fridays ?Answer :if it happened that the day of arfa came across performing hajj on Fridays, then there's nothing had been mentioned about the prophet Mohammed pbuh , but the scholars are saying : It's a good thing if it happened that the day of arfa came across performing hajj on Fridays :First : to be the pilgrimage ( the obligatory pilgrimage on Muslim ) like the pilgrimage of the prophet Mohammed pbuh , as the prophet pbuh happened to be performing pilgrimage on Friday .Second : there's no one standing between the hands of Allah on friday to pray for him and asks for something without responding ( Responding of the prayer ) , then that will be closer to the answer .Third : The day of arfa and Fridays are feasts ( to the Muslims ) , if it happens that the day of arfa came across performing hajj on Friday it's a good thing ,It's not correct about what had been spread that performing pilgrimage on Friday is equivalent to performing seventy pilgrimage.

Fatwa of hajj 14Wants to perform pilgrimage and hasn't been married yet.The permanent committee for Islamic research and fatwa Question :A man wants to perform pilgrimage and hasn't been married yet , then which one he should start with ( performing pilgrimage or marrying ) ?Answer : he had to start with marriage ( before performing pilgrimage ) if he was afraid of the hardship in delaying it , like if he was a man of a very high lust and he was afraid of the hardship in delaying his marriage , then in this case we start with marriage before performing pilgrimage, but if he was a normal man and found no hardship to began with performing pilgrimage so he should start with it , but if it was a voluntary pilgrimage then he should start with marriage anyway , if he had a craving and found no hardship in delaying it (pilgrimage) , as the marriage with cravings is better than committing the sin of adultery , as the scholars explicitly stated.

If he did a single Hajjby timing single Ihram then stayed on his Ihram until it became complete , he did Umrah after that from Al- Taneem or Al-Gaaraana or any other from the outside of the Haram then he did Ihram there, enters, rounds , flee, that is Hajj and it is as what Aisha " God be pleased with her " did , while she was doing Umrah she was stricken by menses near Makka so she couldn't complete the Umrah, The messenger peace be upon him commanded her to do Ihram by Hajj and to be a coupler so she had done that and completed her Hajj then she asked the messenger peace be upon him to Do umrah because her mates had done a single Umrah and she wanted to do so, He commanded her Brother Abd El-Rahman to take her to Al-Taneem TO do her Umrah there in The 14th night, so she went to Taneem and did her Umrah and Tawaf, and that is the clue which insures that who didn't do Umrah with Hajj it is enough for them to do Ihram from Al Taneem and he do not have to go out to ASl Mekat, and for those Who do Hajj and Umrah before and wanted to redo them he can do jyst Hajj and be enough with the previous Umrah because Umrah is just like Hajj they are a once obligatory in life, and if the person had done Umrah before it's enough for him as if he did a single Hajj amd kep in His Ihram until el Umrah it's enough for him and he did not have to do it again in his last Hajj but it's better for him and according to the sunnah that if he do Ihram of Hajj and wanted to cut it to do Umrah he can cut it and do Twaf , and if it became Hajj time he can do Hajj in the 8th day, it is the best thing which was commanded by our messenger peace be upon him to his mates in the farewell Hajj when some of them do Ihram with Hajj and others do Ihram of Hajj and umrah with no guidance he commanded them to made it a legal Umrah and if somebody had guidance and stay to complete his single Hajj or his umrah as if he was doing Hajj with Umrah .

The manners of travelling to Hajj .Question : What are the manners of travelling to Hajj ?Answer : The manners of travelling to HAJJ is divided into two sections , the obligatory manners ( which you have to do ) and the pleasant ( liked ) manners ( you don't have to do but it will be better if they were done)The obligatory manners for man : to do the Arkan of HAJJ fluently and being careful not to do something not allowed whatever it is public or not as Almighty { }.Allah said :The pleasant manners for man : to do all what he had to do such as being decent in himself , his money , and prestige.and to help his mates and bear their harms, avoid their badness, be good to them even if it was before or after Ihram because those manners are so high and great and it's commanded on every Mo'men everywhere and anytime as doing those pleasant manners are like devotion as if the person do a complete perfect Hajj that he had to be careful to complete it by oral and verbal manners that we would talk about them in other question

The importance of being faithful in Hajj .Question :Hajj is a great devotion built on faithfulness which must be for Almighty Allah , so what is your guidance for who wanted to do Hajj ?answer : In the name of Allah , thank Almighty Allah and " peace and oray be upon our Messenger Muhammad the last of the prophets and the Imam of Mottaki and on his mates , and who followed them by Ihsan to the judgment day : Faithfulness is a condition in all devotions , as the devotion can't be right with polytheism ( associating others with Allah ) almighty Allah said :Say, "I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed that your god is one God. So whoever would hope for the meeting with his Lord - let him do righteous work and not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone "[ Al-kahaf , verse 110 ] ,{Peace it is until the emergence of dawn }[Al-baiena, verse 5], {Indeed, We have sent down to you the Book, [O Muhammad], in truth. So worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion, Unquestionably, for Allah is the pure religion. And those who take protectors besides Him [say], "We only worship them that they may bring us nearer to Allah in position." Indeed, Allah will judge between them concerning that over which they differ. Indeed, Allah does not guide he who is a liar and [confirmed] disbeliever}[Al-zumrr,verse 2-3 ], and in the Sahih Hadith Qudsi that the messenger peace be upon him said ( : )and faithfulness in devotion means that man do not have to carry for devotion anything but the loving for Allah , greeting Allah and praying for his reward and satisfaction, so almighty Allah said about the messenger peace be upon him : Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating [in prayer], seeking bounty from Allah and [His] pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of prostration. That is their description in the Torah. And their description in the Gospel is as a plant which produces its offshoots and strengthens them so they grow firm and stand upon their stalks, delighting the sowers - so that Allah may enrage by them the disbelievers. Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward. [Al-fath, verse 29 ], so devotion is not accepted whatever it was by Hajj or other if the person was doing that to be seen by people not for Allah. They say . as devotion is not accepted if it was because of seeing places or seeing people or anything else instead of faithfulness so that people who do Hajj must clear their intention for Almighty Allah not because they want to see the Islamic world or for trading or for be said that somebody do Hajj. and there is no excuse on the person who wish merit from Allah while he was going to Al Bait Al-Haraam because of Almighty Allah's saying:{ There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord [during Hajj]. But when you depart from 'Arafat, remember Allah at al- Mash'ar al-Haram. And remember Him, as He has guided you, for indeed, you were before that among those astray,} [Al-bakrah, verse 198]and for those who ignore their faithfulness and purpose trading and gaining money not more that's is who wants life not heaven ( end) and that void work and make it decrease strongly , almighty allah said : {And it is He who accepts repentance from his servants and pardons misdeeds, and He knows what you do }. [Al-shurah, verse 25]

fatwa of hajjIs performing pilgrimage with an illegal money acceptable ?Question :Some people perform pilgrimage with an illegal money , Is it (Al-hajj) acceptable ?Answer : the common say is that his/her pilgrimage is correct , because money is not from the conditions of hajj , as the human could perform pilgrimage with his body , unlike charity as if he donates with an illegal money it won't be acceptable ( sincerity ) , because the illegal thing had happened while adoration , but the human actions in performing pilgrimage is his/her move , twaaf ( spinning around the kaba ) , Al-saai (seeking around Al-safah & Al-marwa ), and throwing ( throwing the stones ) , so this is actions not money , then the right answer is that his/her pilgrimage is correct , but he/she has no right to consumes the illegal money in adoration or other thing , and he/she has to get rid of that money .

fatwa of hajj The rule for who pilgrimage by a non legal money.The question : I had pilgrimaged when I was in university and I had taken money from my father to afford this Hajj because I was not able to afford it myself , but my dad that time was working illegally and gaining money from that illegal work , is my Hajj accepted or should I repeat it again ?The answer : Your Hajj is accepted (Allah willing ) as you did it in an illegal way and it did not get invalid because of the illegal money because Hajj performance is all by body activity but every Muslim should avoid the illegal money gain and repent , as who repents Allah repent on him ( Forgive him ) as what Almighty Allah said: [Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, before your Lord, will dispute].

fatwa of hajj A woman wants to travel with trustworthy group of women to perform pilgrimage Question:Does the Muslim woman have the right to perform pilgrimage with trustworthy women , if she couldn't bring anyone from her family , or her father who might be dead ? , Does her mother or her aunt or any other person she chooses to be her Mahram in performing pilgrimage have the right to take her to perform it ?Answer : The right creed is that she is not allowed to travel to perform pilgrimage with anyone but her husband or a male of her family (Mahram). So, It's not permissible for her to travel among a group of trustworthy women or non-mahram trustworthy men nor is she allowed to travel with her aunt, or her mother. She must only travel with her husband or with a mahram (male of her family, like her son, brother, or father). So, she is not obligated to go as long as she still can't find one of them to travel with her as in this case one of the obligating conditions is not fulfilled as per what Almighty Allah says "Those who have the means and ability have a duty to God to visit the House and perform the Hajj rituals"

An old aged woman want to perform Hajj with a good companion .Question : A woman from Saba who is famous for her goodness and she is in her middle age or near to the old age and she wanted The Islam pilgrimage but she didnt have an legal companion, in the same time there was a good man who was going to perform Hajj with his women , could she perform Hajj with that good man and his women and to be with women and he just would take care of them or Hajj will be failed even if she was able in money , tell us God bless you because we differentiate in our opinions .Answer : the woman without an legal company should not pilgrimage because and legal company is a very important condition of Hajj , A lmighty Allah said : {In it are clear signs [such as] the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it shall be safe. And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves - then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.}, [Aal-i-Imran, verse 97], and she is not allowed to perform Hajj or travel anywhere without a husband or an legal company for what has been told by Al Bokhari and Muslim about Ibn Abbas heard the messenger peace be upon him saying : (( : : )) [ (1341)]. And El Hassan , El Nakhe , Ahmad , Eshaak , Ibn el MonzEr agreed with that saying as it is the truth according to the saying and the Hadith about woman that she isnt able to travel without a husband or a legal company but Malek and El shafee and Al Awzae disagree and everyone conditioned a term , Ibn El Monzer said : Everyone disagreed and left the case with no use.

T rule for who pilgrimage by a non legal money.The question : I had pilgrimaged when I was in university and I had taken money from my father to afford this Hajj because I was not able to afford it myself , but my dad that time was working illegally and gaining money from that illegal work , is my Hajj accepted or should I repeat it again ?The answer : Your Hajj is accepted (Allah willing ) as you did it in an illegal way and it did not get invalid because of the illegal money because Hajj performance is all by body activity but every Muslim should avoid the illegal money gain and repent , as who repents Allah repent on him ( Forgive him ) as what Almighty Allah said : And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.

fatwa of hajj :She
