The company has

been established

after the name of

Chauhdry Habib-ur-

Rahman, who was

a proud legendary

in the field of road

construction. Late

Chaudhry Habib-ur-

Rahman had always

desired to see the country in forefront of leading/

developed countries of the world. In order to give

reality to his ambition he desired to form teams of

experts capable of undertaking challenging tasks

of exacting nature, could work untiringly for long

hours under all sorts of difficult conditions. He

always believed in innovation to overcome the

inevitable indigenous methods of construction.

With this aim in mind he looked a way forward to

form a company. During the initial stages he started

with induction of his trustworthy construction

workers/teams. With his determination, dedication

and devotion he succeeded in training a large

number of people in various fields of construction.

Due to his dedication to work he always enjoyed

respect from his employers, colleagues and his

subordinates. He had a matchless reputation of

being an upright and hard working construction

professional. The present construction workers of

Habib Construction Services (Pvt) Ltd are mostly

those who have been trained by the late Chauhdry

Habib-ur-Rahman. The partners and workers feel

proud to be his Inheritance.

Incorporated in February 2009, HCS has a short

but inspiring story of struggle and success. As is

said, “survival is for the fittest”, the management

realizing the need to be the ‘fittest’ , made ‘quality’ as

a hot pursuit. The desperate desire for ‘recognition’

otherwise motivated the workers and management

to meet the client’s requirements as best as possible

all being focused towards achieving a good and

standard quality execution.

This commitment worked as a catalyst for

accomplishing the business goals including the

financial progression. The performance oriented

efforts have boosted the name of the company to

HCS has played a key role in construction of Airfield,

Road works, Bridges, Underpasses and Flyovers

alongwith their ancillary works.

Habib Construction - The Partner of NLC in Infrastructure Development of Pakistan

First prestigious and challenging project of HCS

was a Sub-contracted work on Lahore Ring Road,

Construction of an Interchange at Saggian Package 4,

which was completed under umbrella of NLC in record

time of five months.

Based on outstanding performance of HCS in

completing interchange at Saggain, NLC awarded

further projects to HCS, the details of which is given on

the succeeding pages.
