Helium Leak Detector - NH001 PHD-4 HALLIBURTON Pipeline and Process Services HAL31885 e PHD-4 portable helium leak detector is an easy-to-use, versatile, lightweight unit capable of detecting very small leaks. Its excellent selectivity for helium, due to the molecular size, enables other gases to be ltered out. When passed over suspected leaking components, the built-in sampling probe samples the area around the leak, sucking the gas mixture towards the internal sensor. When helium is detected, an electical signal is produced providing a read-out of the helium concentration. e unit can operate either on battery power or via connection to an outlet.
