Dear Parents:
More on Knolmes 4-H Camp:
Open to all Knox and Holmes County youth regardless of if they are enrolled in 4-H or not, ages 8 (and in 3rd grade) to 14 at time of camp.
4-H Youth who are age 14 (As of Jan.
1 of Camping Year) through age 18 are able to serve as Camp Counselors. Counselors must complete 24 hours of training each year before serving as a counselor at Camp.
4-H Camp Ohio is American Camp
Association (ACA) accredited. Adult Volunteers from Knox and
Holmes County will be attending camp. The experience will also be served by 4-H Camp Ohio’s full-time staff.
4-H Camp Scholarships are available
through the Holmes County and Knox County 4-H Committees for youth from their county. Please see your respective extension office for more information.

Where Is Camp?
4-H Camp Ohio which is located just South of
Martinsburg in Licking County.
How Much Does Camp Cost ?
$180 per 4-H Camper ($190 for non 4-H
members) if reservations are received by
May 8th.
Spaces are available on a first-come-first-
serve basis.
Cancellations must be made by May 15 to
receive a partial refund.
Some optional activities do have an
additional fee.
What Does This Cost Include?
Camp fees include: lodging, meals, three even-
ing snacks, accident insurance, one camp photo
and three individual store snacks ($1 limit). Ad-
ditional fees are required High Ropes ($10), or
Shotgun ($5 each). These special activities also
require the camper to be 12 or older at camp.
