Gunstock Ranch: Party Rules and Guidelines

Gunstock Ranch requires all party users to adhere to the party rules and guidelines. Please initial and sign that you have read each section and that you have read and understand. We will have you sign the form upon check in. Failure to follow the rules and guidelines will result in immediate removal from the pool and property. Costs incurred regarding damage, removal, or medical services as a result from not abiding by official rules will be at the expense of the guest. Gunstock Ranch is not responsible for damage to a guest’s property, physical well being, or items. Set up Policy: Pool Pavilion – Parties at 9, 1, and 4*

• Every party is given a 30 min. complimentary set up and 15 min. clean up. • Tables are set up and will just need to be arranged. • *4:00 p.m. party starts in the Trails Pavilion for the horses and petting zoo.

Party may set up in the Pool Pavilion starting at 4:30 p.m. or set up after the pony time.

• Bouncers are allowed in this area. No water bouncers and we must be informed ahead of time to make sure set up and take down do not conflict with another party.

Trails Pavilion – Parties at 9 and 12. • Every party is given a 30 min. complimentary set up and 15 min. clean up.

Alcohol and Smoke Free Facility: We do not allow alcohol or smoking at any of our parties or events. If the rule is broken we will ask you to cease your party immediately. Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. This will be put towards the balance of your party Party Cancellation or Changes Policy:

• $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Any changes to your date or time will be a $40 fee (due to the fact that the slot could have been given to someone else).

• Any changes of your facility requests or add on requests must be made 3 weeks prior to your booked party date in order for no fees or additional penalties to apply. If changes are made less than three weeks a $25 fee will be assessed (due to last minute staff changes)

• In the event of a no show your deposit is non-refundable. • If you have a Groupon or LivingSocial deal, your voucher, which holds your date

and time, will be lost.

Waiver for Guests Due to liability each participant will need to have a parent sign a waiver for him/her. We know this is frustrating however we have done our best to simplify the process. If a participant will not have a parent present at the party please have the parent signed the waiver that was emailed to you. Please have them print and sign and bring the day of the party. If the participant will have a parent present at the party please have your guest read through the waiver and sign off our the spreadsheet you were given by the party coordinator. We have done this in hopes of saving trees. As the party host you will be responsible to make sure every participant has a waiver signed. Outside Vendors: Outside vendors are welcome. Bounce houses are allowed as long as they are not plugged into our electricity. Water bouncers are not allowed. Please see set up policy, as you will have to arrange for set up and take down of your items brought in by outside vendors. All vendors must have proper identification, permits and license to vend on our property. If they would like to be a vendor they may contact us directly or give to you the proper information. Insurance coverage and permits (ex. dept of health permits) General Rules: Gunstock Ranch requires guests to adhere to the Gunstock Ranch rules and guidelines. Failure to do so will result in their immediate removal from the property. Costs incurred regarding damage, removal, or medical services as a result from not abiding by official rules will be at the expense of the guest.

• Gunstock Ranch is an alcohol and smoking free facility. If guest show up intoxicated they will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. It is the responsibility of the event hosts to enforce this rule for all their guests.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel would put our establishment, guests, or themselves in danger.

• Gunstock Ranch is closed for events on Sundays. • Stay in your designated area or trail for your activity. Guests may not wander

the ranch including, but not limited, boarder’s pastures and stalls. We are not responsible for injuries incurred due to violation of this rule.

• All access to facility must go through Gunstock Ranch personnel. Check-in is at the Trails Office.

• When coming upon someone on a horse please step or move out of the way the way till the rider(s) have passed as you may scare the horse. This applies to walking or in a vehicle.

Pool Rules:

• Patrons may not enter the pool area without permission from our Gunstock Staff or our Certified Lifeguards. This is for the safety of everyone. Mahalo

• 2 Gunstock Aquatics, Certified Lifeguards required to be on duty when swimmers are in the water.

• Lifeguards reserve the right to make or modify rules as deemed necessary for safety.

• An adult must accompany all children who cannot swim at all times. Adult must be in the water with the children.

• All swimmers must take a shower before entering the pool • Plastic pants or swimmers required for children not toilet trained. No diapers

or barebottoms. • No diving allowed. • Gunstock Aquatics will provide some pool toys; lifeguard must approve

additional toys before they are permitted in the pool. • Any persons having open blisters, cuts, bandages, infectious disease, etc., are

prohibited from using the pool. • No running, boisterous or rough play or excessive noise within pool area. • No food, drinks, or gum inside pool area • Lifeguards reserve the right to refuse admittance to or eject from the pool

premises, any persons failing to comply with any pool regulations • Only 2 non-swimming children per 1 adult allowed in the pool.

Optional Photo release: ____ I grant to Gunstock Ranch, the right to take photographs in connection with the above-identified event. I authorize Gunstock Ranch, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. ____ I agree that Gunstock Ranch may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Waiver/Release of Liability: I have read, understand, and assume all inherent risks associated with participating in activities at Gunstock Ranch. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gunstock Ranch, Gunstock Aquatics, and its staff against any liability resulting from any injury that may occur during your time at this facility.
