WHO WEAND WHAT WE

aredo

The Resolution Project is a youth leadership development nonprofit organization. We identify, equip and empower socially-responsible young entrepreneurs with the support, skills, and funding they need to make a positive impact. We are creating a pathway to action for young leaders, helping them launch their own social ventures and begin making the world a better place today.

There are currently more than 300 volunteers, supporting more than 100 Fellows on all six inhabited continents. These Fellows are implementing innovative social enterprises to address pressing social and environmental concerns.

OURguides

The Guide role is crucial to Resolution and we take great pride in the dedication, quality and passion of our mentors, supporting young leaders in taking action today.

WHY BE A

guide? Our Guides are deeply engaged in our Mission, serving on the front line with our Fellows, directly supporting personal and professional development, as well as implementation of social ventures that are changing the lives of thousands.

In addition, Guides join a fantastic global team of inspiring volunteers — a network that is made up of amazing professionals from around the world and diverse backgrounds.

Our Guides have the chance to deploy their professional skills — oftentimes developed in private sector employment, for example — to further philanthropic ends and take part in the exciting world of social enterprise.

Guides are the mentorship team for Resolution, working directly with our inspiring Resolution Fellows.
