Dear Team Captains,
JNTUH College of Engineering, Hyderabad is providing the accommodation facilities for the NGKC 2014 workshop participants for two days (23-24 August, 2014) at very nominal rates. As the prices for hotel rooms are very high in Hyderabad, we convinced the University authorities for providing the accommodation facility for the participants in the campus itself. The following are the details of the accommodation centres and charges for the participants in the campus.
1. University Guest House, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad – Charges : Rs.300/- per head for Non-AC Rooms and Rs.600/- per head for AC Rooms.
2. Kinnera Boys Hostel, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad –Charges : Rs.200/- per head (Non-AC)
The accomodation facility is provided only for 110 participants – 70 in the University Guest House and 40 in the Kinnera Boys Hostel. Payment for the accomodation has to be done before 19-08-14 to the below bank account and the scanned copy of the pay-in-slip has to be sent to [email protected] along with the accomodation registration form. The rooms will be alloted to the participants on the first come first serve basis and for the rest of the participants, list of hotels near by the University campus is provided.
