Summary sheet as a tab in Measure (Assessment) workbook – usually default table; other cases include review of secondary sources or derivation with adjustments – and documentation
Analysis (3.1) – For measures in the Default EUL Table, the analysis for each EUL and adjustment is transparent and made readily available (3.1.1)
For measures not in the Default EUL Table, the analysis for each EUL and adjustment is transparent and made readily available. (3.1.2)

The dataset(s) for adjustments or for derivation of EULs not included in the Default EUL Table are provided in the Measure (Assessment) Workbook, or otherwise made readily available (3.2.1)
Include datasets (pre/post), description of data cleaning.
If datasets not amenable to inclusion in Measure (Assessment) Workbook, included on RTF website (NOT URL to another site)
