Select IRIS Module from modules list

From the Reports menu select ORC Data Report Sub menu

In the save ORC Report:-Click on the down arrow available on the screen.

Select Financial year as 2012,Month – April & Click on Get ORC Format

Check the values appearing against each incident type.Manual fills are available for Mock Drill & Training Mandays for safety induction.

Once the values are verified & Confirmed, click on Apply Formula tab.

Check for calculated figures appeared in the report.

To view monthly reports:-Click on to view ORC report (Arrow available)
