Guide for ArriveCAN Mobile App

Here is a step-by-step guide for the ArriveCAN mobile App that all people entering Canada from abroad must complete.

Please enter your own information when filling it out on your phone before your departure. It will only allow you to enter

the information 1-3 days before your scheduled departure. **Tip**Sur Name = Family Name & First Name = Given Name

1. Enter your flight information.

2. Enter your information and then use the “Add Another Traveller,” button for your family members.

3. Select “Returning home,” ”Staying with friends or family,” or “Hotel / Motel…” depending on your accommodation choice and add address.

4. Add departure date to the best of your knowledge if no return flight is booked.

5. Enter the phone number of where you will be staying. Please enter your personal email address.

6. Press next.

7. Select “no” if this is correct. If yes, please do not travel.

8. Select “yes” 9. Select “no”

10. Select “no”. 11. Select “yes”.

12. A token number will be given to you upon arrival at your first airport in Canada.
