Lead Generation Tele-prospecting ProgramThe Outbound Tele-prospecting Program is designed for companies that are committed to strategic marketing and understand the importance of staying in front of their prospects as often as possible. The plan consists of a renewable 6 month or annual agreement with multi-channel multi-touch points to prospects via outbound, data management, and fulfillment services. Outbound ServicesGroupBDO will dedicate a team of 1 - 15 specially trained agents for daily outbound calling on your behalf (White label). Our agents have expertise in finding and holding conversations with the appropriate decision makers such as CFO’s, CEO’s, Corporate Controllers, VP- Global Shared Services, VP Business Transformation and Director level executives, etc. Outbound call activity may include but are not limited to: • Working with you to identify target markets• Placing cold calls to prospects • Placing follow up calls to screen and qualify prospects that may have responded or sent an inquiry via the web, seminar event, direct mailers,

voice messaging or any other means.• Conducting event registration fulfillment and follow up (seminars, live events, or webinars)• Calls to validate or update information about the prospect• Calls to build prospect profiles based upon predetermined criteriaAgents keep the records updated with the latest information every time contact is made with a prospect. Data and call notes are updated in our Lead Management System immediately.Leads and responses then go through a second round of validations before being processed according to agreed upon program specifications. GroupBDO ensures that all outbound calls are made in compliance with applicable federal and state telemarketing laws.Agents TrainingGroupBDO will provide an adequate number of trained agents based upon the anticipated call volume. In addition to the basic Teleservices training, all agents are also trained on specific client products and offerings to the extent that is needed to handle the calls. The Outbound call agents will undergo training to be knowledgeable about your company’s solutions. This would be done periodically via conference calls, product demos, web recordings etc.Project ManagementGroupBDO will assign a Project Manager to be the designated point of contact for all project matters. All reporting and communication will be directed via the Project Manager. Performance Expectations Our agents place about 100+ outbound calls per day depending upon the nature of the call.
