PREMIUM HAS TWO COMPONENTS - RISK AND SAVINGS

RISK PART OF PREMIUM IS UTILISED FOR INSURANCE COVER AND BALANCE I.E.

SAVINGS IS ACCUMULATED AT A RATE OF INTEREST (PRESENTLY 10% P.A. COMPOUNDING YEARLY)
