    All of his statements seem to be very direct, likehaving a hidden motive or agenda e.g. even in

    comparison with Jack, he shortens the reply to suchan extent that it has hidden meaning

    He is not transparent because only the financialfigures are revealed by him whereas the otherfigures are omitted, maybe on purpose

    Immelt portrays himself as a mix of anautocratic and Laissez faire leader

    His traits and attributes do not suit him as aleader

    He should have been a manager as hisresponsibilities as a leader and his actions asa leader are in conflict

    He does have a plan for getting there, but needssupport from other top level management sothat the mission, vision, strategy(corporate &HR) go side by side toward the betterment of
