• F O O D •We’re serious about providing a high-quality guest experience. Our menu reflects our focus on freshness and

consistency while sourcing ingredients from as many local farms, ranches, and suppliers as possible. Our food is prepared fresh daily, we smoke and braise our meats using our delicious beers, and serve our guests in a relaxed,

family-friendly atmosphere. For larger groups, we strongly recommend pre-ordering from the Hospitality Menu but we will gladly accommodate any dietary needs from the regular menu.

• Hospitality Room reservations are for three hours; a $50 service fee per fractional hour thereafter will be charged.• All groups of nine (9) or more will receive a single check; multiple payments will be gladly accepted.• A $10.00 corkage fee for any sized container of outside beer, wine, or cider will be charged per container.• Groups may be seated no sooner than 10 minutes before the scheduled reservation time.• All outside dessert must be made in a licensed facility; a $10.00 cutting fee per dessert will be charged.• No decorations of any kind may be adhered to any taproom surfaces.

• B E V E R AG E •We are serious about beer! All of our fresh, delicious beer as well as our guest beers, ciders, and wines are poured

and presented by Cicerone® Certified Beer Servers. For larger groups, we definitely recommend ordering several pitchers of beer or cider, and bottles of wine, for faster beverage service.
