The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is aware of:
o further governmental shutdowns in the future
o a recovering economy
o the massive increasing monetary base over the last years
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York recommends the FOMC to decide:
o Maintain the funds rate between 0% and 0.25%
o lowering the LSAP‘s programm by 10%
o expire the LSAP‘s programm in the year 2015
