The Problem

An international FMCG company sought our services on an urgent basis, to fill two senior positions within a short period of time. The client had rarely outsourced any HR function in the past and came to us only because of our reputation of searching the right candidate in a strict time constraint.

The Solution

We conducted a thorough search for candidates in the geographical areas specified by the client, competitors and parallel industries. Our focus was on the passive talent – people who were making significant contributions to their companies but were not actively seeking a change. We contacted and interviewed more than 50 candidates for each search in an effort to thoroughly screen the candidates for skill level and culture and leadership fit.

The Result

The search resulted in finding candidates from the same industry who were performing similar responsibilities. Leading Pharmaceutical Company

For this the HR department required a self-guided process to minimize its administrative time, but also wanted to ensure top-quality coaching support for the target group.

The SolutionOur team provided a battery of assessment solutions customized specifically for the organization, supplemented by executive-level coaching.

Participants were introduced to the results of the online assessment in a group feedback session facilitated by our coaches. The participants received individual reports designed to enable a self-guided development process supported by additional coaching, as needed.
