visiting regarding the complaint. The daughter said she

became frustrated with the on going loud banging from #41

while she was trying to sleep. In response she pounded on

their wall and said something things that were childish.

They were advised not to continue the noise and the possible

outcome if officers return.

Spoke with RP who was advised of my findings at #43. RP

said she had been putting a bureau together for her son (the

banging) and it's daylight out so there shouldn't be a

problem with the noise. Rp advised there's no time frame

when someone's peace can be disturbed.

Dispatch advises a male caller wished to speak to a sergeant

because he is upset officers have been to his residence

twice in the last twenty-four hours attempted to service an

arrest warrant for a person who does not reside there.

Spoke to calling party who reported several officers

"surrounded" his house last evening look for a male subject

who is the subject of an active WMS warrant. He went on to

state that officers were just at his house again and

"surrounded" his house. Same feels this is harassment and

does not want officers to come to his house looking for the

party again.

Spoke to responding officers who report they went to speak

to a female party who might have been aware of the location

of the party with the warrant and they did not see the

calling party while they were there.

Caller advised of the reasons the officers came to his

residence. He indicated that the male subject was at this

house yesterday. I advised him I could not promise officers

would not come to his residence if they developed new

information that the party was at the residence and advised

if he was not happy with my response he should contact my

supervisor Lt. Burge.

out to the lobby and took his 2 year old daughter from him.

Father gave chase and retrieved his daughter back. Father

reports being kicked out of DCF. Advised father to contact

leaving a green canvas bag behind the building located just

to the Energy Parks east, on Bank Row. RP's reported another

male then wnet over to the bag.

I Located same which was two bags of recyclables (aluminum

cans / plastic bottles), which were in the bushes. I removed

the bags and placed then at bench, requesting dispatch

notify DPW for pick-up if still present on Monday.

I later observed involved JS and SV walking on Main St,

carrying these two bags. Same indicated they had placed them

in bushes because they did not want to carry them everywhere

they were going prior to returning them. Requested dispatch

cancel DPW request.
