Help Needed for "Swallowing Quality of Life" Research (University of South Alabama Graduate Thesis)

A University of South Alabama Speech Language Pathology graduate student, Allie Zimmerman, is in need of participants for her graduate thesis research. She has an online quality of life questionnaire that she needs both people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers to answer. She is researching any discrepancies between how the caregivers and patients answer the questionnaire. She is hoping to see if PD patients and caregivers are on the same page about swallowing troubles.

The questionnaire is approved by IRB and is ready to be sent to patient and caregiver pairs.

If you would like to help advance research in Parkinson’s, please email Allie at [email protected] to receive the questionnaire.
