After alcoholic fermentation, the wine will grow only in new barrels for 18 months in our monolithic cellars at Saint-Emilion. Thanks to our research for perfection, nowadays the Great Wine “MOULIN GALHAUD” is able to compete with best wines of Saint-Emilion. They are approved by a large majority and have already received numerous distinctions, like “Coups de cœur” from the Guide Hachette, Golden and Silver medals at Paris, Bordeaux and Bruxelles contest).
