Holiday Appartments in Historical Mill
3 modern and completely renovated holiday appartments of
different size look forward to your visit in a beautiful romantic
mill.
Lots of green, creeks, a mill pond and old trees decorate the
1.5 hectare property.
The little village of Ougney lies at the feet of the Serre
Mountain Range just between the two French Departments Jura and
Cote d`Or/Burgundy. In Ougney there is a little restaurant under
Swiss direction just some steps away from Mon Mounlin.
Ougney is situated in the triangle of Dole-Besoncon-Dijon – just
between the departments Jura and Cote d’Or.
The region Franche-Comté is said to be a one of the first ones
offering green tourism and has – in 2002 - been voted as France’s
region with the best quality of living The landscape is shaped by
large forest areas, the clearest rivers of France and a vast amount
of agriculture.

We rent for a complete year and also per day (minimum stay 3
nights) .
After a thorough renovation and with respect to the keeping of
the historic building substance we can now offer 3 holiday
apartments of different size:
La Cachette:with ca. 38m2
For 80,- EUR per day
Beletage:with ca. 52m2
For 100,- EUR per day
La Maisonette du Jardin:with ca. 76m2
For 120,- EUR per day
A specially designed garden is created where our guests find
beautiful ((lovely)) places to sit and to eat.
All holiday apartments are completely furnished and very
comfortable. They all have their own bathroom, a full kitchen and
Cable TV.
A washing machine is available for your convenience.
Bicycles are available for rides in the picturesque
((beautifull)) countryside.

The quickest way to reach us is via the Freeway Besancon,
Dole.
Exit 2.1 Gendrey
After Toll Station take the right, direction Gendry and Abbaye
d'Acey
In Gendrey, direction Taxenne
Next village is Ougney.
In Ougney take 2nd left

At leisure activities excursions are offered and trips into the
closer environment .
Abbaye d`Acey (ca. 2 km), Pesmes, which is known as one of
France’s 100 most beautiful villages (10 km), Saline Royale, UNESCO
world heritage (ca. 28 km) ...and lot more.
You won't miss out the wine-growers, the cheesemakers and the
bakeries. There are many opportunities for fishing, bathing orwater
sports in Ognon, Doubs and Loue, which are known as the cleanest
rivers of France - and for having the highest quantity of fish
.
