30% Down Payment with Order placement

70% Payment Before Shipment from GBS to Brian Ball Motorsports LLC

(Any deviation from the above payment terms must abe approved before shipment)

Any additional shipping payments must be paid in full before shipment from Lakewood,

CO, to buyer's shipping address.

All payments to be made by Certified Bank Check or Direct Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Fees:

A 10% Fee of the total purchase price shall be charged for any order cancellation within 14 days of

original Purchase Order Date. Fees after 14 days shall be determined by the production status of the order.

Shipment: It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to provide the necessary equipment to unload any large crate upon delivery to the buyer address. Truck Liftgate service available at additional cost.
