in their classroom, and have a strategy for using iPads for at least ! minutes of the instructional

day. The activities will include" setting up iPads, learning how to differentiate groups with iPads,

using compass learning and #oceri with iPads, coming up with a top $ list of educational apps

for the iPad, learning how to use iPads in the instructional day. By the end of this training,

be set up on each iPad and the teachers will learn how to access the application on the iPads. The

teachers will then be introduced to #oceri, an app that allows the iPad to control a computer to

reactions to the presentation. follow up email will be sent out to attendees to survey them on

how often they are using their iPads in the classrooms and how they are using them. This will

help us measure the Transfer level of Kir+patric+>s )evels Of ;valuation.

This training does not re=uire any iPad purchases because all teachers already have $ ipads for

classroom use. The teachers will need an pple Store gift card in order to purchase the necessary

apps for the training. This allows them to purchase the apps that are included in the training and

also gives them some e'tra to purchase any apps that they would li+e to. #ue to the ability to

share apps, the teachers can share the apps with their colleagues so only one ?! gift card would

be needed for an entire grade level. stipend is also being paid to the teachers that are leading

the sessions. There will be four sessions and each teacher will receive ?-!!.
