Trip Itinerary

Day 1At 8:00 a.m. you will meet at the K2AT parking lot where you will leave your vehickle. You wil board a privat luxury bus after your luggage is tagged and loaded. Light snacks will be provided. The bus will stop several hours in for you to visit the grocery store and Starbucks. This is a great time to pick up ice, lunch and dinner, extra supplies etc. You will re-board the bus for our

people per room). You can check out the amazing sunset and grab dinner at the lodge. If you do not wish to eat dinner in the lodge, there are a couple of other options in the saloon and in the deli (lunch/dinner not included).

Day 2You will wake for breakfast at 4:00 a.m. Breakfast will include bagels, bread, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly and bananas.Between 4:30–5:00 a.m., make your way to the parking lot to load your luggage back on the bus. Make sure that all of your itemsare clearly marked or they will not be in your rooms when you arrive at the South Rim. The bus will leave promptly at 5:00 a.m. for the trailhead where we will have a team photo and begin the hike (approximately 7-15 hours of hiking). Upon arrival at the South Rim will be greeted by our bus driver and taken to the hotel. After a nice rest fom the long hike, you can have dinner in the lodge (lunch/dinner not included).

Day 3 Wake at your leisure and have breakfast at the hotel or on your own (not included). You will turn in your room keys and bring your luggage to the bus by 9:00 a.m. Light snacks will be provided for the bus ride home. Plan on a 3:00 p.m. arriv. al. Cost Per Person: $995 USD
