Most of the education business houses are blooming in city or town to promote education for the city dwellers with very handsome payment package and enhancing their education and putting them into the International standard to become good professionals' world wide.

India being a country of villages, if we wish to develop the country and put in the category of "Developed Country", we must have to uplift the villagers (Rural & Sub-Urban) through proper education.

Hence being an Indian and Engineering Professional & son of Indian Government teacher with large tenure of global exposure has decided to put forward to promote education for villagers & Sub Urban areas, Healthcare for all and Old Age Shelter for alone aged person by opening & registering a non profitable, non government organization "Jayanti Social Welfare Trust".

In this case poor village students are not coming up to run with the same speed as city dwellers and hence developing day by day bigger and bigger gap. This is the main reason, why our, second most populated country in the world is not coming up very fast and putting a flag of Developed Country.

An initiative of Jayanti Social Welfare Trust, "Gramin Public School" is being started aiming development of Modern English Medium Education solution for villagers all around of India, started from tribal state of India,

JHARKHAND & lowest educated population of BIHAR. The first Gramin Public School is being started from "Education City" at cluster of village Bara Nawatand in Dhanbad district of Jharkhand. This school is being

started firstly from grade 1 to Grade 5 aiming with reach and modern primary education solution to village & underprivileged children. Gradually this primary education will be extended to High School and +2 educations.

It currently follows the guidelines of the CBSE and has specially trained teachers to hand-hold children and makes them overcome the hindrance

of processing the written information.

Looking into the world wide scenario of the Indian professionals working either in the Country or Overseas, it has been found that 99 percent of the

Indian Professionals are either from Good City of India or from town. Where as India is known as Country of Village and villagers( Rural & sub-

urban) are not coming up to desired level to take part to increase the strength of professionals from Indian villages.

Initially at Education City Dhanbad, GPS is starting education from e-kids and Primary section and gradually develop it to Senior Section

The Jayanti Social Welfare Trust is a non-profit organization registered with the Indian Trust Act.

MODEL OF SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE

The Gramin Public School at Education City - Dhanbad is being planned to set up in the area of 7 acres land with the modern facilities at outer skirt of Dhanbad surrounded by a lush green field and beside the

Dhani Mountain.

It is being planned to inaugurate the school by Honorable Chief Minister of Jharkhand State in presence of State Education Minister.

All the section of the GPS will be developed in one campus only. The complete school infrastructure will have following:

1. Individual School Blocks for each sections2. Comfortable play ground with a separation for each section. At play

Ground there will be facility of Volleyball Court, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Football & Cricket ground etc.

3. Medical Facilities to check up the student on regular basis.4. Each School will have Gyan Devi Sarswati Temple

5. Swimming Pools for each sections separately6. School Auditorium

7. Transportation facilities to bring students and teachers from surrounding villages. Transportation facility will cover maximum

villages' up to 10KM of radius.

Gramin Public School will organize a few annual events on a regular basis.

GPS Garba Night: Every year, during Navratra/ Durga Puja Ceremony, GPS will host a Garba Night for its students, parents, teachers and invited guests. About 5000 people are expected to attend the event which will be fast becoming a must attend for the Sarswati Puja Celebrations.

GPS Annual Day : will held once a year for the students and their parents. Students of GPS put up a wonderful show for the parents. There is an enthusiastic participation of all students at all levels in the show.

GPS Sports Day : The Annual Sports day will be held once in every year. Different events are held in different areas of sports and prizes are given away by the chief guests.

GPS School Farewell – Every year, the students of highest Standard class who pass out from the school are given a farewell party by their junior students to wish them a wonderful future ahead. The party will be held at the school campus and will be sponsored by any one of the business houses of the area every year. GPS will advertise the name of the Business House in national and Local News Paper and other media as a donor.

GPS Marchers : GPS will host the Annual March Past Competitions between different schools of District or State. A rolling trophy, ‘Marchers’ will be given to the winner of this competition. GPS students will also participate in this function but will not be in the competition for the trophy. Another trophy will be given to a new school which joins this annual event for the first time. The winner and runner up of this competition get a chance to participate in the district level Republic Day Parade on 26 th January or Independence day parade on 15th August.

GPS Fitness Day : GPS will host fitness day at every three month for the surrounding villagers and school students to promote fitness of villagers and children. During fitness day all the attended villagers and children will be thoroughly checked by renowned doctors of the city and medical fitness certificates will be given free of charges.

GPS Bhagya Pratiyogita : Once in a year a Bhagya Pratiyogita program will be organized by GPS management. There will be minimum fifteen prizes selected by the GPS management. GPS management will try to get donated all the prizes from different business Houses of the state/ Country. This pratiyogita will be organized on the eve of Sarasweti Puja Ceremony.

GPS Sarswati Mela: On the eve of Sarswati Puja, a Sarswati Mela will be organized for a week time with many children cultural function, various shops / stall for eatable and fashionable items, play items etc.

GPS Book Fair Week: GPS Management will organize book fair for national and international books, Children books, self motivational books, creation books etc.

Relief and Rehabitation Program

Earthquakes, floods, unexpected disease to any of the poor child, big accident and lately the tsunami have devastated our people and our country. With loss of lives, there has been a tremendous loss to infrastructure,

schools, business establishments and homes. Relief and Rehabitation Wing of "Jayanti Social Welfare Trust" will make considerable efforts

to contribute to the relief and rehabilitation programs whenever such disasters will struck.

Relief Fund is being set up to provides necessary help by way of relief materials, logistical support and even rehabilitation programs in case of need.

Tsunami Relief and Rehabilitation: Many coastal city and village including Indian sub continent Islands were amongst the worst hit when the tsunami hit the shores of India on the 26 th of December, 2004.

The Relief and Rehabilitation Wing of "Jayanti Social Welfare Trust" wish to step into the next phase of help which is reaching

victimized coastal area & Islands to participate in the Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of the School as a partner of the Administration of

the various coastal and Island State Government.

Our planning for the contribution is to construct schools in the affected area of village and start Gramin Public

School.

The Relief and Rehabilitation Wing of "Jayanti Social Welfare Trust" will initiate to enter into a partnership agreement with the State

Government Administration of Various State to construct Schools as per the Model of Gramin Public School in very short span of time and organize to restart the school as soon as possible not to affect the

education schedule of the village Students as and when this type of relief and Rehabitation will required for any rural places.

The total cost of the project to construct one school will be about approximately Rs. 50/- lacs excluding land. We would like you to donate generously towards the GPS Relief and Rehabitation Program Fund

to get ready and help such situation.

All donations to the GPS Relief and Rehabitation Program are exempted under 80G on the Income Tax up to 50%.

Our aim in building schools is to put back a smile on the children of the Villages (Rural) and help them in rebuilding their shattered lives.

Earthquake Relief and rehabilitation

The Relief and Rehabilitation Wing of "Jayanti Social Welfare Trust" provided logistical support to

all international relief and rescue teams as well as national and international press core coming to

earthquake area. It also helped in transportation of relief material and supplies to affected villages.

The GPS Relief and Rehabilitation Wing of the "Jayanti Social Welfare Trust" will initiate to adopt the homeless and family less

Orphans and provide them the proper education, life and career to stand on their own feet through the boarding & education in any one of the

existing Gramin Public School, free of charges or through sponsorship by any one.

In its effort to provide a rehabilitation package to those

rendered homeless, the GPS Relief and Rehabilitation Wing of "Jayanti Social Welfare

Trust" through the GPS Relief and Rehabilitation Scheme will start to make a model of a shelter –

Jayanti Kids Home, with all amenities in the safe and sprawling grounds in the affected area. Jayanti Kids Home will give shelter and food to affected villagers of affected area.

Considering the numbers of villages which generally affected by the earthquake, "Jayanti Social Welfare

Trust" will adopt any number of the affected village for primary rehabilitation by providing tents, ration for over

a month, medical supplies and psychological help to the villagers as per available fund.

Under the GPS Relief & Rehabilitation Program, The Gramin Public School will undertake to reconstruct the schools either destroyed or damaged by the earthquake or Start new branch of Gramin Public

School at the government land to dedicates to the village. In due courses the school will be managed by School Wing of Jayanti Social Welfare

Trust as per the Gramin Public School model & scheme.

The Clean Water Entrepreneurship Project

The project objective is to elaborate on the entrepreneurial opportunities for addressing the severe lack of access to water among many rural and semi-urban vulnerable people in Kenya.

Overview

Within the pilot area, availability of and access to water, clean or otherwise, is very limited and poses the most significant water-related challenge to the target population. As such, the first step in addressing water issues is to seek alternative and innovative solutions to broaden access to water.The project will aim to:

Develop and conduct a baseline survey to identify domestic water availability

Engage relevant partners, including government ministries, health workers and water specialists

Identify water sources Develop access-oriented solutions to water availability Identify HiH EA members for specialized training in business

solution-based water enterprises
