Bidder has to lift records from all the Branch Offices, currently Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank is having 265 Branch Offices in all the Twelve districts of Himachal Pradesh (List of Branch Offices attached as per Annexure-II). 7. Any request of bidder to operate in only selected area will not be accepted. List of Branch Offices having unused generator sets will be provided to the successful bidder separately. 8. The old records will be identified and segregated by the successful bidder, as per Bank’s manual/circulars (including RTI Act) in the presence of Incumbent Incharge or authorized officer. Terms and conditions:-

1. Rates quoted should include all charges including labour, freight transport and

miscellaneous expenses etc. charges. No extra charges will be paid to the successful bidder.

2. Bidder has to submit GST number and FDR pledged for Two years in favor of “General

Manager Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank” of Rs.25,000/-. Bids will be treated as

cancelled without the same.

3. Bids received after due date and time and Incomplete bids will be summarily rejected.

There should not be any cutting or overwriting on tender while quoting the rates.

officer. No payment/charge will be made to the vendor for segregation of the record.

9. All the segregated records/materials will be weighed in the presence of the Incumbent

Incharge or authorized officer and Payment thereof will be made to the concerned

Branch/Office at the time of lifting old records/generator sets.

10. Entire old record from Branch/office will be lifted at the risk and responsibility of the

dealers and the record so lifted shall not be shared with anybody.

11. Vendor will prepare the list of all the stationery/old record etc. while lifting of record from

any branch/office at own cost and hand over one copy of the same to that branch/office

against their acknowledgement.

12. Vendor/Agency must issue a certificate to the Branches / Offices concerned to the effect

that the records lifted from the Branches / Offices will be used for the purpose of making

pulp only and not for any other purposes.

13. A certificate from the Paper Mills confirming that the destroyed records have been

converted to pulp, should be submitted to the Branches by the agency/vendor within a

maximum period of 15 days from the date of lifting of the old records.

14. Bank is having the complete right to discontinue the empanelment at any time without

assigning any reason to the vendor. 15. The right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever is reserved

with Chairman, Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank H.O. Mandi. 16. Standing terms and conditions of the bank in force from time to time shall apply.

17. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Chairman shall be final and binding.

18. All disputes are subjected to Mandi (H.P.) Jurisdiction only.
