Grace International School recognizes that each student is unique and complex, created in God’s image. Our desire is that students leave Grace having the understanding (head) to evaluate life from a Christ-centered worldview, the ability to move toward Christ-centered truth in their relationships (heart), and the skills to serve (hands) within the communities or vocation in which God places them.

In light of this, our philosophy of equipping goes beyond academics. Fulfi lling our mission compels us to address the GOALs (Head, Heart, and Hands) of each student. Academics*, educational support services, spiritual instruction and guidance, homeschooling support services, athletics, extracurricular activities, and service opportunities all help students grow into the men and women God has called them to be.

This year, Grace International School has much to celebrate and we thank God for all that he has provided. Phase 1 construction of the administration, elementary, secondary, cafetorium, and facilities buildings have begun and will be completed in time for the 2019-2020 school year.

For the 2019-2020 school year, our new campus will be able to serve over 600 students, of which 90% will be missionary kids from 330 families. These families will likely be from over 20 nationalities and will serve in dozens of countries across Asia. Once Phase 2 is completed, we project our new campus will be able to serve over 1,000 students. As we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Grace International School and move into our new campus, we invite you to join us as we commemorate this new chapter in our history. ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS INTERNATIONAL 2018 COMMENDATIONS

The entire school leadership and staff have lived the type of lives that did the hard work, showed up to move the school forward and accomplished the transitions from one place to another. Those servant lives have instilled confi dence and purpose in the entire school community, enhancing the school’s reputation for excellence and opening the door for ministry that may not have opened in any other way. Their hearts, attitudes and efforts are a testimony to the mission of the school and its Christ-honoring focus.

Parents expressed a willingness to move and make major sacrifi ces to keep their students enrolled at Grace International School because they highly valued the Grace education and experience. Some parents mentioned that their students love attending school and are disappointed on days when school is not in session. Students frequently expressed that they love the Grace community and believe they are receiving a high-quality educational experience, which will allow them to be successful in future endeavors.

Grace teachers and staff provide a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for teaching and learning. They clearly serve out of love for the students and a clear calling from God to go above and beyond to make students universally feel loved and cared for. Emblematic in this expression is the staff’s willingness to raise their own support and self-fund their presence at Grace, creating a culture of sacrifi cial service, recognized and appreciated by Grace parents and students alike. Students and parents frequently noted that one of their favorite things about Grace was the care that the teachers showed the students.
