GQS – Global Quality Seal

You take the best possible care of your customers when you provide them into a new living and working environment. With the Global Quality Seal, you now demonstrate your high expectations, making them more binding and transparent: this seal is evidence that you consider absolute trustworthiness and excellent service to be a matter of course. The Global Quality Seal is based on the requirements of ISO 9001, supplement by EuRA-specific Best Practice principles. Clearly separate yourself from the competition, and let a certification by DQS be sign and seal of your professionalism and the outstanding quality of your services.

From the beginning, EuRA saw their primary task in establishing a professional approach to the relocation service concept, to include formulating binding quality criteria and codes of conduct, as well as supporting improvement processes throughout their business sector. As a logical result of this philosophy, the association – working together with KMS Consult, a quality and personnel management consultancy company – developed the world’s first quality seal specifically designed for relocation service providers.

For design and conduct of the actual assessment procedure itself, EuRA chose DQS GmbH.

The Global Quality Seal incorporates essential elements of international standard ISO 9001, as well as requirements particularly tailored to relocation business. When it comes to select-ing a provider, the seal aims to provide an aid to orientation. For providers themselves, the seal allows them to demonstrate their professionalism and quality approach to third parties.
