Pre-design consulting and assistance with preparation of FF&E / OS&E portion of GMP budget for review and / or submission to financial institutionsAssistance and / or management of prototype development of all specified items In-design consulting and assistance in meeting budgetary or LEEDS guidelines by providing vendor alternatives or using leverage with vendorsAssistance with FF&E warehousing, delivery, and installation projections based on your project time-lines.Project expediting and logistics management – If you are managing this scope and find you need assistance

Additional Services availablePreparation of a Capital Replacement budget and plan, with listings of all furnishings as well as counts, specifications and estimated replacement costs. This listing includes installation, freight and warehousing costs (if applicable).Five year capital plan for furnishings, operating supplies, kitchen and laundry. We can include pictorial references of furniture and equipment. Vertical Room Charts and furnishing matrixes, recommendations, and organization of reusable furnishings. A written scope of work for renovations is included.Provide advisory services for all aspects of the Kitchen and in-house Laundry including selection of designers, value engineering, bid process for both equipment and installation.Assist with determining IT requirements and presenting options available.Provide qualified design teams, architecture teams, and construction companiesProvide inventory listings with par level evaluations.Full specification writing services including alternative vendors. Product presentations, VE alternatives, and suggestions for OS&EDisposal services for retired casegoods and upholstered furnishingsFurniture repair and restoration services
