Service Rules for the deputation of the following employees of elementary education to the Office

of the Commissioner, Rajasthan Council of Elementary Education, Rajasthan on the posts of

2 D.A. Dearness Allowances will be regulated under the rules

of the parent Govt. or and the rules of borrowing

Govt./Foreign employer according as pay is drawn in

the parent pay scale or in pay scale of post held on

deputation.

3 Travelling Allowance Travelling Allowance shall be admissible according to

the rules of borrowing Govt./Foreign employer or

under the rules of parent Govt./Council whichever is

more beneficial.

4 Other Allowance e.g. Compensatory Compensatory (City Allowance, HRA shall be
