In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 5 of the Price Control Order, 1973,

I hereby issue the following Notice:

Citation and Commencement.

1. This Notice may be cited as the Maximum Wholesale and Retail Price of Soft Drinks

Notice, 1995 and shall come into force on March 13, 1995.

Maximum Wholesale and Retail Prices on Soft Drinks.

2. The Maximum Wholesale and Retail Prices of Soft Drinks shall be as set out in the

schedule hereto.

Revocation of Legal Notice No.134 of 1994.

3. The Maximum Wholesale and Retail Prices of Soft Drinks Notice of 1994 is hereby

revoked.
