APPLICATION DIRECTIONS

1. Place a check mark in the yes/no column of the Scholarship Check List for each scholarship

for which you are applying.

2. Complete Part 1 of the application packet, including the future plans essay on the back.

(Leave the Name of the Scholarship blank, so you can make photocopies and add the name

later.) Your signature and parent signature at the bottom of the page is required.

3. If indicated, complete Part II (Financial Need Information) of the application packet.

Include signatures at the bottom of the page.

4. If indicated, complete Part III (Scholarship Essay). Write or type the essay/essays required

for each of the scholarships for which you are applying. (See COMMON APP column on

checklist for essay #.)

5. Make photocopies of Part I for each packet. Write the name of each scholarship for which

you are applying on Part I. Make photocopies of Parts II and III, if required. Attach Part

II (Financial Need Information) and Part III (Scholarship Essay) if required. Staple each

packet.

6. Place one copy of the Scholarship Checklist (all 3 pages) on top of your packets and bring to

the Guidance Office no later than March 24, 2020 3:00 p.m.. Please prepare packets before

bringing them to the Guidance Office and keep one copy for your records. We cannot make

copies in the Guidance Office.

*PLEASE BE SURE YOU MEET THE CRITERIA FOR EACH SCHOLARSHIP BEFORE

SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION.

37 Jerilynne Pinsker Memorial Scholarship - $325

Student is a survivor of cancer or long term illness; or has a parent who is a survivor.

38 Lance Hill Memorial Award - $2,500

Student who emulates the characteristics of Lance Hill – courage, leadership, character. Though not the best, Lance was also an excellent athlete, scholar and musician.
