Quad QSA-30 SeriesAssemblers help manufacturers meet the challenge by providing thebest of chip shooter economy and the industry's leading fine pitchcomponent placement capabilities on asingle affordable platform.

The QSA-30 Series consists of two CE-certified models; theQSA-30ATMand the QSA-30VTM.The QSA-30A utilizesQuad's proprietary QuadAlign™ in-process alignmenttechnology to achieve high yield chip placement as well asplacing IC components at high production speeds. TheQSA-30V incorporates an upward vision camera thatexpands the component range to include ultra-fine pitchQFPs, in addition to full BGA ball inspection.

Quad's complete range of component feeders is available toallow manufacturers to meet their changing requirements.These feeders are compatible with the full range of Quadplacement systems.

A small footprint and full SMEMA compatibility make aQSA-30 Series model or combination the perfect choice for anew or upgraded assembly line.

QSA- 30™ Series BenefitsThe QSA-30 Series Assemblers combine world-class chipshooter economy with IC placer flexibility. PatentedQuadAlign ™ in-process alignment technology is integratedwith a field-proven three-spindle placement system. Theresult is an assembly system that manufacturers count on toplace chips and ICs at placement rates up to 13,300 CPH.

The QSA-30V model comes standard with, and the QSA-30Amodel is upgradeable in the field to include an upwardvision system. The upward vision system expands thecomponent processing range to include 20, 15 and 12 millead pitch components, enhances placement accuracy andenables full BGA ball inspection.

The SMEMA-compatible QSA-30 Series models can beintegrated with Quad stencil printers and solder reflowovens to create QuadLine™ systems that ensure high processcompatibility and maximum throughput.
