Miss Piddle stays very busy with the

Bookmobile. April 12th

was National

Bookmobile Day (part of National Library

Week) so she spent the afternoon at Long’s

PicPac in Pineville!

April 18th

was the 2017 Early Childhood

Summit in Pineville.

Miss Piddle and the Bookmobile were there

and she showed Debbie Knuckles (Executive

Director of the Children's Reading Foundation

of Appalachia- Kentucky) and Ken Merrifield

(Children's Ministry Advocate for White Flag

and the Elgin Foundation) the Resource Kits

that are provided to area daycare centers.

"You are as welcome as the flowers in May." - Charles Macklin MAY 2017

Hello! My name is Erica Overbay and I am from Pineville, Kentucky. In May 2016, I graduated with honors from Union College with a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies. I am married to my wonderful husband, Jack, and we have a beautiful daughter, Nora. I am very excited to begin working with our community through our children’s programs, and I am honored to have the opportunity to work with such caring and talented individuals.

I love many things in life, but what I love most is the chance to learn and share knowledge with others. I look forward to meeting everyone and I can’t wait to get started on some great programs for our children!
