So, some information about me

• I first came to Taiwan in 1991• I have been married to a Taiwanese woman,

Emily, for 14 years• We have two boys, Owen (9) and Iain (4)• I went back to England to do my PhD, then I

worked at Academia Sinica ( 中研院 ) for a year.

• I taught English and Linguistics at Ming Chuan University for 4 years.

• This is my first year at Zheng Da.
