After review of the aggregate data with our medical review officer, we focused on the following three areas.

1. Exercise SittingExercise/WeightsObesity

2. Hypertension(Blood Pressure)

3. Smoking

The health risk assessment aggregate data showed these as the highest risk categories

EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK

30% (originally 18%) response rate (survey sent to 2137 colleagues with 652 responses)

Colleagues prefer to receive communication via email (79%) and an easily accessible website (65%)

Colleagues generally understand how their benefits, including the wellness program, work (3.35 on a scale of 1 to 5)

DESIGNING THE PROGRAM Design a program that meets the

needs of your employees

We have employees in 50 states

Only 50% of the population is in a brick and mortar setting

The other half work remotely from their homes

The average age of our employee population is 41.

Our employees make up is 76% millennials (38%) and gen X (38%)

71% of our employees are female
