        It is aimed at acquiring specific behaviors in a “down-to-earth” manner.         It can be applied cross-functionally, i.e.: it can be used in any type of organization or in any area of the organization.

•It uses the Pinesque Methodology to lead the program and apply it with every employee of the organization.

The Good Habits program is a program that helps us “immediately” put into practice habits that will help us improve. It helps us focus on the low-hanging fruit and harvest it to our benefit, rather than attempting to take giant steps in improvement. Giant steps frustrate when there are no visible results. On the other hand, the Good Habits program leads us to break down the actions into smaller, achievable steps.

The life balance that the program makes you produce is priceless. Feeling and becoming balanced helps achieve greater objectives, and best of all, you enjoy the improvement process.

In the process of “making yourself happy”, the individual makes others happy. The habit "MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY" leads to a balance of oneself and indirectly to others.
