Time to ride!!!
Chapter Directors Sue and rick Urbansky
August already?!?! Really?
Somedays you just have to create your own sunshine.
We had our 4 regular events in July. Our July 1st ice cream ride took us to Olympia Ice Cream in Strongsville. We had our regular breakfast “Fellowship” and our Gathering. Our Sunday dinner ride took us to Retro Dog in Cuyahoga Falls, then to Szalay’s Farm and then ice cream of course, at Country Maid Ice Cream in Richfield. It was a warm day but we managed to stay on roads with shade. With the resurgence of Covid-19 we will practice social distancing, face mask and follow state recommendations. Of course if things turn bad again we will have to cancel our chapter events. Please read the emails we send out. They always contain important information and updates.
The health and wellbeing of our Chapter P family and friends is our #1 priority. We can still ride together as long as we all respect social distancing and wear our masks.
Spur of the moment rides are always welcome. Any new ride ideas are encouraged!!
All of our Chapter members make Chapter P the wonderful Chapter that it is today. Without all of you, the Chapter would not exist.
Please check your computer for updates, sent out via email.

NANCY Drusky As July comes to an end, I wonder… Where have I ridden this summer?? I have taken many short trips and a few day rides with Nancy. One night it was so hot I decided a 10 pm ride was necessary. Nancy and I rode down RT. 42 and wound up in Ashland. Great way to spend the warm evening. On a recent day trip with Nancy we found ourselves in Zoar. An interesting town dates back to 1850 with old homes from German religious immigrants. Most of the homes were in great original shape. There was a beautiful garden that we could have walked through, I did not know it was open to the public till I got home and googled it. Some of you know about the new to me sidecar bike, but now there is a Harley trike in the garage also. This was a family member's who passed and I was called in to get it started and appraised. After a long talk with Sharon, it came home to the NovoMoto
Museum. I did have a few issues with it running and it stopped once and rolled into Donnie's garage. This was a god send. Donnie helped me get it running back to normal and now I can ride it anywhere with no fear of shutting down and losing power. Until later, Kevin
Does it look familiar? It belonged to Tim and
Alice from Chapter V, Ashland.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We had 4 chapter events in July. All members seemed happy to see each other. It has been way
to long of a time to see our Chapter P family. Slowly but surely, hopefully getting back to
normalcy.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Again, last minute rides or a quick get together is great! Give someone a call, start a phone chain.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Again, special thanks to Kathy Dunlap for the photos of the signs you will find in the newsletter.
There were quite a few and we will spread them out over the next few months. Thank you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today’s world is different for all of us and it requires us all to adjust to the new normal. Please
treat people as you would like to be treated. Remember everyone has something…
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Three people found the “Money Bag” icon in July’s newsletter. GREAT JOB, Diane S., Bob D. and George S. Keeping looking in this newsletter! Remember, the first 3 to contact us receives a
lottery ticket. This is the icon you are looking for. BUT NOT THIS ONE!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please be Safe. Please Stay Healthy. Be Smart. Be Positive. We are all looking forward to normalcy! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Philip V. & Darrell L. from Chapter C-3, and Shorty & Jean from Chapter I, were guests at our July gathering. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have heard rumors that Kevin N. has a new addition to his NovoMoto Museum!!! Maybe on the next ride he can bring it to show off!! Hint- Kevin I could use a picture for the newsletter!!!
Newsletter articles, pictures, recipes, classified, and fun facts are always welcome additions to our newsletter. Let’s try for the best in Ohio for another year!

A Biker’s Prayer
May the sun rise in front of me May the rain fall behind me
And the wind follow me May the angels guard my travels
For they know the road ahead of me Keep me safe through swirling turns and rolling hills
Let the eagle guide me to the mountaintops Let the moons light guide me through the night
Lord, thank you for letting me be a biker
