Activity: 1. Decide what type of event you’d like to host.

2. Make a list of people you want to invite.

3. Reach out to your Sponsor or team member to join you.

4. Schedule the event on your calendar and get ready to set up your event!

Online event: Anything goes with your location! If you’re hosting a Zoom call, make sure you are in a well-lit space with a simple, clean

background. Facebook events and 3-way chats can be done from just about anywhere too.

Choose a timeSince most people work during the day, hosting your event around 7:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. during the week may work best. Hosting on the

weekends can be harder to schedule, but feel free to try out di erent days and times to see what is most e ective.

Invite your guestsSet up the event two to three weeks in advance to give your guests plenty of time to plan. Send out personal invitations to get a better

response. Pick up the phone and call your potentials or send them a message, but don’t just add them to a group message or group Facebook

event without initially reaching out to each guest.

Follow upAs you get closer to your event, follow up with your guests and those who haven’t RSVP’d.

Check your listFollow the Opportunity meeting checklist or Facebook Event guide for more tips on setting up your own event and make sure you have

everything in place for a successful event!

Party time! Now is your time to shine and share your love for Plexus®. Open the meeting with your co-host and share your Plexus story.
