Then the LORD said to Moses, “The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.” So, as the LORD commanded Moses, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died.

husband, then both of them shall die-the man that

lay with the woman, and the woman; so you shall

put away the evil from Israel.

But if a man finds a betrothed young woman in the

countryside, and the man forces her and lies with

her, then only the man who lay with her shall die.

If a man lies with a male as he lies with a

woman, both of them have committed an

abomination. They shall surely be put to

death. Their blood shall be upon them.

Sodomites (Lev. 20:15)

If a man mates with an animal, he shall surely

be put to death, and you shall kill the animal.

A man or a woman who is a medium, or who has

shall stone them with stones. Their blood shall be

upon them.

You shall not consent to him or listen to him, nor shall your eye pity him, nor shall you spare him or conceal him; but you shall surely kill him; your hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.

And whoever blasphemes the name of the LORD shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him, the stranger as well as him who is born in the land. When he blasphemes the name of the LORD, he shall be put to death.

Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
